These terms apply to pre-orders of Jackson Miles Performance Range products (Glycolic: Facial Exfoliator, Nourishing: Eye Cream, Peptide Renewal: Moisturiser and The Performance Kit) placed on jacksonmiles.com.au. They sit alongside our standard Shipping Policy and Returns terms, and nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What a pre-order is
A pre-order is a purchase of a product that has not yet been dispatched. Your order is accepted and confirmed at checkout, and the price you pay is the price shown at the time you order.
Payment
You are charged in full at the time you place the order. No further payment is taken at dispatch.
Dispatch date
Performance Range pre-orders are expected to ship from 15 January 2027. We will email you a confirmed dispatch date before your order leaves us. Pre-orders ship by express post at no charge.
If the dispatch date changes, we will tell you by email as soon as we know, with the new expected date. If the delay is significant, you may cancel for a full refund.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for any reason, and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Reply to your order confirmation email or write to info@jacksonmiles.com.au with your order number. Refunds are processed within five business days of your request.
After dispatch
Once your order has shipped, our standard Returns policy applies.
Mixed orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, the whole order ships together on the pre-order dispatch date unless you ask us to send the in-stock items first. Contact us after ordering and we will split the shipment at no extra cost.
Pricing
Launch pricing applies to orders placed during the pre-order period. Prices after the pre-order period may differ. Any later promotion is at our discretion and does not entitle earlier orders to a price adjustment.
